Another interesting book

Very interesting

Questionnaire Design

What are your experiences with questionnaires? I am taking a university course now to learn more about it- do you have any literature you can recommend, from a designer's perspective?

Show Me the Numbers: Designing Tables and Graphs to Enlighten

Dr. Richard Mayer, Professor of Psychology, University of California, Santa Barbara
"A real gem…clear, concise, and comprehensive."

Visual & Statistical Thinking: Displays of Evidence for Decision Making

This is really a booklet, a reprint of a chapter of one of his books, and is a great way to get started on the way he thinks.

Envisioning Information

A very nice flip-through, very nice visual argumentation. Not exactly a research book, but well argumented.

Laws of Simplicity

I enjoyed reading this book very much, even though there is not too much to take out of it. Anyhow definetely worth a read!

Designing Interactions

This is a good overview book for the development of human-computer interaction, with very nice interviews with people who contributed to the state of the art.

More structure

I agree that we need more structure - just the tags might not be sufficient. But if they are sufficient on del.icio.us - they could just work here, too.
