Laws of Simplicity

I enjoyed reading this book very much, even though there is not too much to take out of it. Anyhow definetely worth a read!
Designing Interactions

This is a good overview book for the development of human-computer interaction, with very nice interviews with people who contributed to the state of the art.
More structure

I agree that we need more structure - just the tags might not be sufficient. But if they are sufficient on del.icio.us - they could just work here, too.
