translate.eipcp.net "aims at exploring the political articulation of the notion of cultural translation in artistic practices as well as in political social movements through a number of arts and exhibition projects, discursive events and networking practices" (so says the concept section).
This is where I found a review of Bruno Latour's "Parliament of Things". At least this one is quite useful if you are not familiar with Latour's four guarantees for the modern constitution. After having read this one it is still a confusing concept, but you get an idea.
They also offer a couple of other articles about socio-cultural issues that I haven't looked into yet. Maybe worth a read?
