Good service is of growing importance for your company to satisfy the demands of your clients.
Therefore we have invited international experts to present to you forward-looking service concepts.

The event starts with a presentation from Stefan Moritz (isobar) who will explain the importance of good customer experience for business
success. Afterwards adidas/Brian Gillespie (molecular); Germanwings/Katrin Flöther; McDonalds/Udo Klinkhammer and Deutsche Bank/Ira Holl explain their new service concepts. David Griffiths (Aliagroup) demonstrates innovative management concepts to integrate service in the corporate design strategy.

Furthermore the accompanying workshops provide you with the
possibility to learn more and to enlarge your service-design
competences.
