The economical and social changes had as a result a bit advance in the technology. In our days, a big number of artists, artistic groups or organizations make use of technological advances and create projects, which allow participants to interact with each other, communicate and express themselves. The projects are addressed to ‘publics’, while on the other hand the recipients of the projects and participants create through them a space for open dialogue and communication.’ Public space has been expanded and gained a virtual character, through the on-going possibility of wireless technology and complex art projects'. (Manovich, 2003) The new demand to embrace a wider ‘audience; as well the rationale of political and artistic expression through artistic projects, has reshaped the objective of designing in terms of technology, logistics and public space/ public sphere requirements.
